Perpetual Profession of Vows in Myanmar

Amidst the crisis situation, only by the grace of God, we, the Good Shepherd Sisters in Myanmar were able to celebrate the Perpetual Profession of (5) sisters: Srs. Mary Annie Kyin Hpone, Mary Christine Peter, Mary Elizabeth Joseph, Mary Patricia Nyein Chan and Mary Victoria Mai Tin Tin Oo on 13th March, 2021. It is a sign of hope for our congregation especially in this time of chaotic situation to be a messenger of God’s love and peace for the people of Myanmar.

The Simple and Solemn Eucharistic Celebration was presided by Bishop John Saw Yaw Han, the Auxiliary Bishop of Yangon Archdiocese. Due to the restriction of Covid-19, the number of attendees was limited. We truly appreciate all our parents and friends from local and international community who joined our celebration on live streaming.

We are also grateful to all for your prayer support

for our Country’s Peace and Freedom.
